Agents on production work

I write the procedures coding agents follow and check every report against the artifact. One reported a commit that never existed, so I read the git log myself.

Root cause before cleanup

I debug down to the cause and confirm it is gone before I clean up the symptom. Health checks failing after another app's deploy came down to cache:clear flushing a shared Redis database.

Supply chain and tool isolation

Agents install packages for me, so I pin versions, refuse any release younger than two days, and run six command-line tools in throwaway containers instead of on my machine.
